Rates

All prices exclude 13% Florida sales tax, a cleaning charge of $75 and a refundable security deposit of $250 US Dollars (see Terms and Conditions)
Rates below are for parties of six including children. There will be an additional charge of $25 per night for parties consisting of more than 6 people allowed at the owner's discretion.
A 20% deposit is required to secure this property.
Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment
Check in is after 4pm on date of arrival and check out is 10:30am on date of departure.
Holiday periods (Christmas/Easter/Thanksgiving/Memorial Day/Fourth of July) require a 5 night minimum, 3 night minimum for all other dates.
